Since he made his spring 2013 report on April 30, opposition and government Members of Parliament have traded interpretations of what Auditor General Michael Ferguson said about $3.1 billion that was not accounted for in anti-terrorism security spending by the Canadian government.
Opposition members question how the government could lose track of so much money. The government has responded saying the Auditor General found no wrongdoing.
